EDF Funds Are Gone, Subcommittee Reconvenes
As many members are already aware, the Educational Development Fund (EDF) is fully encumbered as of December. Local 21 members were busy this fiscal year, using the $750,000 fund for professional development in large numbers following Local 21’s yearlong battle to improve the process.
