In 2008, Time Magazine named Reich one of the 10 most effective Presidential cabinet members of the 20th century after serving in the Clinton administration. He is Chancellor’s Professor of Public Policy at the University of California at Berkeley. An author of thirteen books, Reich is a founding editor of American Prospect magazine and Chairman of Common Cause. President Clinton called him one of the smartest and wittiest people he ever met.
