The Alameda Labor Council is sponsoring the Fight United Leadership Academy (FULA), which will train members on skills and abilities on how to organize a contract fight and win. The 1-day training will take place on Saturday, April 20 from 8:30am to 5:30pm at the Labor Council hall. Local 21 will sponsor a limited number of union activists who are interested in attending the training and gaining the skills necessary for a successful contract fight.
