At the May 14 Delegate Assembly, Local 21 Executive Director Bob Muscat gave a report on the new headquarters office located at 1167 Mission Street in San Francisco. Despite costs associated with the move, such as those related to seismic retrofitting and construction, Local 21 was able to secure a 15-year lease that locks in significantly below-market rates, creating substantial savings over time. With the new office up and running, members and staff can take advantage of the modernized, professional, and functional space to further the work of Local 21.
