Union Benefit: Membership Assistance Program


A benefit of Local 21 membership is access to The Membership Assistance Program (MAP), which offers up to three free confidential counseling sessions per year, as well as stress-reduction workshops.

MAP workshops provide education about stress and techniques for reducing stress. The MAP is available for private consultation about managing stress, as well as workshop services at work sites and chapter meetings. Staff trainer Kitty Costello M.A. is a specialist in mindfulness-based stress reduction.
