On Tuesday, September 16, 2025, members of SEIU Local 1021, IFPTE Local 21, IUOE Stationary Engineers Local 39 held a coalition bargaining kickoff rally.
“County workers are prepared to stand up for our community centers, our mental health services, and the residents we serve,” said IFPTE Local 21 bargaining team member and Solano County Mental Health Clinical Supervisor Christie Allan. “We expect the county administration to invest in its workers and the services we provide.”
