In anticipation of 2017 CCSF Bargaining, Local 21 is currently offering Equity Adjustment Trainings.
Equity adjustment trainings will equip our members with know-how on how to conduct an equity adjustment study. Equity adjustment studies look at the current market wage for a class or series to determine whether a modification in salary range is appropriate. If you believe that your classification or series is collectively paid below market and would like to submit an equity adjustment proposal, you must attend a Local 21 training.
The next training will take place on Tuesday, September 27th, at 12:00pm in the second floor meeting room of the San Francisco IFPTE Local 21 office. Lunch will be served.
